Mr James Chanter has over 30 years experience in the jewellery trade.  Mr Chanter is highly qualified jeweller and gemmologist, he has his Retail Jewellers Diploma,  is a  Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain, Fellow of the National Association of Goldsmiths and one of a small number of Fellows of the Institute of Registered Valuers.

Mrs Fay Terras: Also with over 30 years experience, Fay has the Retail Jewellers Diploma, is a Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain, and in addition to her many years of experience as a valuer, Fay has also achieved her Professional Jewellers Valuation Diploma and has been accepted as a Member of The Institute of Registered Valuers.

Mrs Julie Wright: Julie has worked in the jewellery trade for 21 years and has her Retail Jewellers Diploma and also a BA(Hons) Designer Maker.  Julie was the 2007 UK Jewellery Design Awards Winner.

Mrs Catherine Pengilly: Catherine has worked in the jewellery trade for 14 years and currently holds her Professional Jewellers Diploma and Professional Jewellers Gemstone Diploma.  

Miss Claire Johnson: Claire has worked at Gerry & Co for 15 years and uses her experience to undertake some of our small repairs.
